Ingredients :
1 1/2 lbs. boneless; skinless chicken thighs or breasts   
1/4 cup yellow mustard   
1/4 cup unsalted butter; melted
1/4 teaspoon cayenne   
1 1/2 teaspoons hot curry powder   
1/2 cup honey  
1 teaspoon salt   

1- Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode for the Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang up for 18 minutes.   
2- Place the chicken breasts from the heating pot.   
3- Add each in the remaining Ingredients on the top.
4- Secure the lid and turn pressure to achieve success knob towards the closed position.   
5- Once done; release the load completely and take off the lid.   
6- Remove the chicken and shred it by using a fork.   
7- Return the chicken shreds for your pot. Stir well.   

8- Cook for the *Meat/Chicken* mode for 5 minutes with all the open lid. Serve warm.
