Ingredients :

For Spice Mixture:  
1 teaspoon ground cumin   
1 teaspoon ground turmeric   
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon   
1 teaspoon paprika   
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger   
2 teaspoons ground coriander   
A pinch of ground cloves
A pinch of chili flakes   

For Stew:  
2 cups vegetable broth   
1 large onion; chopped   
3 garlic cloves; chopped   
1 sweet potato; cubed   
2 carrots; chopped   
1 celery stalk; chopped   
1 cup green lentils   
1/2 cup red lentils   
1 (12 oz.) can diced tomatoes   
1/4 cup raisins   
Salt and ground black pepper;to taste  


Preparation:  
1- Mix every one with the spices for spice mixture within a bowl whilst it aside.   
2- Select the *Meat/Chicken* setting to the Power Pressure Cooker XL for 15 minutes.   
3- Add 2 tbsps. of broth and onion towards heating pot. Stir cook for 2 minutes.   
4- Stir in garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
5- Add the sweet potato, carrots and celery and cook for 1 minute.   
6- Stir in the remaining Ingredients such as the remaining broth   
7- Secure the lid and turn pressure to achieve success knob towards the closed position.   
8- Once done; release pressure to achieve success completely and take over lid carefully. Hit cancel and stir well.
