Ingredients :
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/4 cup rice vinegar   
3 cloves garlic minced   
3 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)   
3 tablespoons cashews (chopped)   
1/2 cup smooth cashew butter   
1/4 cup soy sauce   
1 tablespoon chili sauce   
1/2 cup chicken broth   
1/4 cup honey   


Preparation:
1- Mix cashew butter, vinegar, soy sauce, broth, honey and garlic in the bowl.   
2- Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode about the Power Pressure Cooker XL and also set for ten mins.   
3- Add chicken to the heating pot. Pour the prepared mixture at the pinnacle of chicken.   
4- Secure the lid and turn pressure to have success knob towards the closed position.   

5- Once done; release the load completely and remove the lid. Top with cashews and serve immediately.
