Ingredients :
1 lb. pork chops   
1 tablespoon curry powder   
1/2 large onion; diced   
1 1/2 tablespoons tamari sauce   
1 cup water   
1 tablespoon white wine   
Salt to taste   


Preparation:
1- Select *Meat/Chicken* mode on Power Pressure Cooker XL for 9 minutes.   
2- Put the oil and onion inside cooker. Cook for 2 minutes.   
3- Stir out of all remaining ingredients, like pork chops. Secure the lid.   
4- Turn the worries knob towards the Closed* position. Allow in order to cook.   
5- Once done; release pressure to have success completely and take off the lid.   

6- Stir gently. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
