Ingredients :
1 lb. pork stew meat   
1/2 tablespoon essential organic olive oil   
1/4 cup scallions; chopped   
1/4 small onion; chopped   
1/2 cup tomatoes; diced   
1/2 tablespoon chili powder   
1 garlic oil; minced   
1/4 tablespoons of ginger   
2 tablespoons water   
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste  


Preparation:  
1- Set the *Meat/Chicken* regarding the Power Pressure Cooker XL for 35 minutes.   
2- Put the oil and pork from the heating pot and stir fry for 5 minutes.
3- Stir out of all remaining Ingredients while using the pork, except the cheese.   
4- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob for the Closed* position.   
5- Once done; release pressure to succeed completely and take away the lid.   

6- Drizzle the cheese about the top and allow it to go melt in. Serve hot.
