Ingredients :
2 pounds pork sirloin roast; thickly sliced   
20 oz. green chili tomatillo salsa; without added sugar  
2 teaspoons garlic powder   
2 tablespoons extra virgin extra virgin olive oil   
2 teaspoons cumin powder   
2 teaspoons black pepper   
2 teaspoons salt   


Preparation:  
1- Put the garlic powder, salt, pepper and ground cumin inside a very bowl and mix.   
2- Place the pork inside the bowl and dredge it within the spice mix.   
3- Put the oil from the Power Pressure Cooker XL and select the *Meat/Chicken* function.
4- Place the pork inside pot, adding the tomatillo salsa.
5- Secure the lid and cook for 45 minutes.   

6- Release the steam completely then get rid of the lid. Serve warm.
