Ingredients :
2 pounds pork ribs   
3/4 teaspoon erythritol   
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder   
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
3/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar   
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard   
1/2 teaspoon all spice   
1/4 teaspoon black pepper   
1/2 teaspoon onion powder   
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder   
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt   


Preparation:
1- Add each from the dry spices towards the pork and marinate for just one hour.   
2- In another bowl; combine the vinegar, mustard, ketchup and liquid smoke to get ready a sauce.   
3- Place the marinated ribs inside Power Pressure Cooker XL and pour the sauce over.   
4- Secure the lid and select the *Meat/Chicken* function for 35 minutes.
5- Once done; release pressure to ensure success completely and take from the lid.   
6- Transfer the ribs for some platter.   
7- Cook the remainder sauce within the pot at *Meat/Chicken* settings for 5 minutes. To serve, drizzle the sauce in the ribs.
