Ingredients :
2 (3 lbs.) turkey thighs   
5 stalks celery; chopped   
5 carrots; chopped   
4 sprigs rosemary; chopped   
2 sprigs thyme; chopped   
1/2 cup butter; unsalted   
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary; chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme; chopped   
1 tablespoon smoked paprika   
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard   
1/2 cup maple syrup   
1 teaspoon salt   
1/2 teaspoon pepper   
1 cup water   
1 large onion; chopped   

1- Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode to the Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang up for 40 minutes.  
2- Add the butter, thyme, maple syrup, paprika, mustard rosemary towards the pot.   
3- Boil this mixture you can add the salt, pepper and add turkey thighs.   
4- Add water; onion and celery.   
5- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob on the closed position.   
6- Once done; release pressure completely and take away the lid.   

7- Transfer the cooked thighs for the serving plate and pour the gravy around the top. Serve and revel in.
