Ingredients:
1 small cucumber; peeled and chopped  
1 green apple; chopped  
Juice of 1/2 lemon  
Juice of 1/2 lime  
1 tbsp. ginger; finely grated  
1 tbsp. gelatin powder  
1 cup kale; chopped  
1 cup coconut water  


Instructions:
1- In your kitchen blender, mix the apple with cucumber, ginger and kale and pulse а few times.  
2- Add lime and lemon juice, coconut water and gelatin powder and blend а few more times. Transfer to glasses and serve right away.
