Ingredients :

For Pork Shoulder:  
3 pounds pork shoulder halves   
3 oz sugar   
2 teaspoons dried mustard
2 teaspoons smoked paprika   
1 3/4 cups beer   
1 cup water   
1/4 cup bell pepper; sliced   
Salt to taste   

For Sauce:  
2 tablespoons brown sugar   
1 tablespoon using apple cider vinegar treatment
1/2 cup domestic hot water   
Pinch of cayenne   
2 teaspoons dry mustard   
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

1- Combine the sugar, mustard, salt and paprika in the very large bowl.   
2- Add the pork meat because of this mixture and coat each pork piece generously.
3- Select *Meat/Chicken* mode on the Power Pressure Cooker XL for 75 minutes.   
4- Add water, beer, bell pepper and seasoned pork on the pot.   
5- Secure the lid and turn pressure to achieve success knob for your Closed* position.   
6- Once done; release pressure completely and open the lid.   
7- Transfer the pork with a cutting board and shred it using 2 forks.   
8- Discard half the liquid in the Power Pressure Cooker Xl and add all of the Ingredients to result in the sauce.   
9- Mix well listen secure the lid. Cook for 3 minutes on *Meat/Chicken* mode   
10- Release pressure to succeed completely and take off the lid.   

11- For serving, beginning the shredded pork round the platter, then top it using the prepared sauce.
